Donation Requests

The Lake County Fielders are committed to supporting the local community and giving back to Lake County and the surrounding areas. In doing so, we are happy to accept donation requests from organizations which are looking to raise funds for worthy causes. The Fielders will provide in-kind donations, such as memorabilia and ticket vouchers, to help support our community partners and in turn help those in need. Due to the high volume of requests received, organizations must meet certain criteria to be eligible for donations. These requirements are as follows:

• Organization must be a nonprofit or charitable group.
• Item(s) being requested must be used in a charitable function.
• Preference will be given to organizations located within our regional area (Lake, Kenosha, or Racine counties).
• Organizations are only eligible for one donation per calendar year.

To request a donation from the Fielders:

All requests must be submitted via the Fielders designated online form. Upon completion, the form may be returned by fax to (847) 775-7175 or via email to beth@fieldersbaseball.com. Feel free to include any other additional information concerning your organization or event with the completed form.

Because of the numerous requests received, not all submitted requests will be fulfilled.
Please submit your request at least FOUR (4) weeks prior to your event.
